This site and the information contained within it, including images, textual content, logos or any other content are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied.

Whilst Academy Wear aims to ensure all information contained within this site is accurate, it does not warrant that it is error free and will not be held liable for any information that is not correct or contains errors.

In no event will Academy Wear be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of this website or any products purchased from it.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Academy Wear reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; your continued use of this site continues your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, even after modification. Please refer back to this page regularly for any modifications.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Packaging and postage is included in the price of all products ordered for UK delivery. Orders received for delivery outside the United Kingdom will incur a charge to cover the cost of airmail delivery at a rate calculated.

The charge for airmail delivery to destinations outside the United Kingdom will be automatically calculated and added to the total cost of an order during the check-out process; the separate cost of any non-UK delivery will be clearly displayed when the destination country is chosen from the drop-down menu provided by our Shopping Basket.

All product prices are inclusive of taxes, where applicable.

When ordering from this website, you warrant that the personal information you are required to provide when completing the check-out process is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

Additionally, you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from this website.

Returns Policy
All returns are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase so long as it remains in a saleable condition.

Normally we will offer a credit note to a value 20% more than the cost of the goods, but we we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser if preferred.

Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items which have been opened and used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

(i) As soon as you receive your order, please check that it is what you ordered and that it is in good condition.

(ii) If you wish to return or cancel the order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

(iii) Contact our Sales Representatives

(iv) We will ask whether you want a credit note, refund or an exchange, and the reason for the return. The cost of postage will not be refunded, unless fault is proven with the goods or the goods fail to meet the published description.

Items damaged or missing on delivery: you must notify us within 2 working days of delivery.
Defective products: you must notify us within 30 days of purchasing.
No claims for replacement or refund will be accepted outside of these parameters.

Note: You must contact our Customer Services Team within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be returned within 28 days of contacting our Customer Services Team.

Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging if available, and remember to enclose your dispatch note.

Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
